BTS’s Jin to Run with Olympic Torch at the Louvre in Paris on July 14th
BTS's Jin will start the torch relay in front of the Louvre Museum in Paris, France
According to the 2024 Paris Olympics Organizing Committee on July 12th (local time), Jin will appear as the first torchbearer for the Louvre segment of the torch relay in Paris on July 14th.
Jin will begin his segment at 8:30 PM in front of the Pyramid of the Louvre Museum.
Earlier, his agency BigHit Music announced, “BTS’s Jin will be a torchbearer for the ‘2024 Paris Summer Olympics’ torch relay.” Jin is expected to participate in the torch relay to spread messages of “unity” and “peace”.
Meanwhile, the “2024 Paris Summer Olympics” torch relay started in April in Olympia, Greece and will travel through 64 regions, including city centers and beaches in France, until the opening day.
About 10,000 people, including soccer legend Didier Drogba, will participate in this Olympic torch relay. Jin and the torchbearers will tour historic sites symbolizing the host country.
