BTS member Jin was selected as the star with a great sense whom Korean music fans want to go for coffee together.
On May 28th, DC Inside announced the result of the survey asking “Who is the star with a great sense you want to go to have a coffee with?” conducted from the 21st to the 27th with Jin ranking No.1.
No.1 Jin received 138,816 out of 331,015 votes (41.94%). Trot singer Lee Chan Won was in second place with 138,198 votes (41.75%) and singer Park Seo Jin placed third with 16,998 votes (5.14%).
They were followed by trot singer Youngtak (3.94%), Kim Hee Jae (2.5%), singer Lee Solomon (1.42%), La Poem Choi Sung Hoon (1.24%), trot singer Jang Min Ho (0.64%), Hong Ji Yoon (0.40%), and Jo Myung Seop (0.38%).
Born in 1992, Jin enlisted at the Army Division 5’s recruitment training center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do, on December 15th last year. He is currently serving as a military assistant in Division 5 and will be discharged on June 12, 2024. Jin proved his strong fandom power as he still ranked at the top of various surveys even during his military service period.
BTS will host “2023 BTS Festa” next month to mark the group’s 10th debut anniversary without Jin. “BTS Festa” is a festival where BTS and fans celebrate the anniversary of their debut (June 13th) every year.
According to Big Hit Music, “BTS Festa” this year will feature various events and attractions at various places all over Seoul, including Namsan, City Hall, DDP, World Cup Bridge, etc., from the 12th to the 25th of next month. Details related to this will be announced in a separate notice.
