Lee Jung-jae signed to Brad Pitt’s agency in the U.S

Actor Lee Jung-jae reportedly joined hands with the largest entertainment agency in the U.S.

Lee Jung-jae’s agency Artist Company announced on February 26th that Lee Jung-jae had signed a contract with the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), one of the top 3 entertainment agencies in the U.S.

Together with CAA, Lee Jung-jae plans to carry out activities not only as an actor but also as a producer and director.

CAA is the largest entertainment and sports agency in the U.S that is managing director Steven Spielberg, actors Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, George Clooney, etc.

Lee Jung-jae played Sung Ki-hoon, the main character of Netflix’s original series “Squid Game”, and gained huge popularity not only in Korea but also around the world. In particular, he was the first Asian male actor to be nominated for Best Actor at the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG)’s TV series category. He continued to prove his influence by getting nominated for the Best Actor at many major U.S awards, such as the Golden Globe, Critics Choice, Gotham Awards, etc.

With CAA’s global network, Lee Jung-jae is expected to be more active in the global market, including the U.S.

Apart from being an actor, Lee Jung-jae is raising expectations as he is challenging directing and scriptwriting through the new movie “HUNT”.
