Billboard magazine revealed their rankings for the top performances at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards
On August 28th (local time), Billboard Magazine published an article titled “All the 2022 VMAs Performances, Ranked”. Among various world-famous pop stars, BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” stage was listed at No.2 on the list.
In particular, Billboard Magazine described: “As pink smoke spilled over the stage and into the VMAs audience, BLACKPINK busted out their new single “Pink Venom” with rapid-fire vocals and fierce choreography. It was not only their VMAs debut, but their first performance on an American awards show, period. Based on what we saw at the VMAs, it surely won’t be their last.”.
With this, Billboard has listed BLACKPINK above many popular names, including Lizzo, Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Panic! At the Disco, and many more.
First place belongs to top rapper Nicki Minaj, who performed a “legendary” medley of greatest hits.
