Amid dating rumors with BTS V. Jennie attracted attention with her demeanor and appearance
On August 25th, Jennie appeared at Incheon International Airport along with BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa. BLACKPINK, who recently released their pre-release single “Pink Venom”, drew attention with their harmonious yet distinctive airport fashion.
The same day, another wave of rumors surrounding Jennie and BTS V’s relationship surfaced, leading to even further enthusiasm for coverage. In particular, a photo of a man and woman, presumed to be Jennie and V at an apartment was released, while some netizens also claimed that said apartment resembles V’s house, leading to rising suspicions.
At the airport, Jennie appeared in a white baby doll dress, and greeted fans and reports with a modest appearance without makeup. The female idol then linked arms with Lisa and made their way through the crowd to the departure hall. In the meantime, she’d look back from time to time and take care of other members.
As she stood in front of the immigration checkpoint, Jennie suddenly showed a unique hand gesture with her index and pinky fingers towards the fans. This hand gesture was one of the choreography moves in BLACKPINK’s new song “Pink Venom”, made to resemble fangs.
Seeing this unexpected fan service, fans at the scene shouted and cheered, while Jennie continued to wave at them and showed her affection.
With their departure to the United States, BLACKPINK is scheduled to perform at the 2022 MTV VMa, and finish other promotional schedules for their 2nd full album “Born Pink”, set to be released next month.
Regarding rumors surrounding Jennie and V, both YG Entertainment and Big Hit Music took no official stance.
On the other hand, BTS V departed for New York on August 24th for a personal pictorial schedule.
