Barbie Hsu “Thigh tattoo, Koo Jun-yup did it for me… There are 10 tattoos all over my body”
Former CLON member-singer Koo Jun-yup (53) and Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu (46) showed off their husband-wife chemistry.
On Oct 25th, a chemistry quiz video of married couple Koo Jun-yup and Barbie Hsu was uploaded on the YouTube channel “Vogue Taiwan”. In the video, a joint interview between the two was shown.
Barbie Hsu asked Koo Jun-yup, “How many tattoos do I have on my body?” Koo Jun-yup replied “9“, but Barbie Hsu pointed to her left thigh, saying, “One is missing.”
She explained, “He did it for me himself, but I guess he forgot. We decided to tattoo our wedding ring. So we bought a tattoo machine. He drew a red scar like a burn scar on my thigh.”
Barbie Hsu continued to ask, “What have you done to impress me recently?” Koo Jun-yup replied, “When I was performing as a DJ, I mashed up a song called ‘This is Love’ and sent it to you, saying ‘It’s a song for you’.”
Barbie Hsu shared, “When I first received it, I was really moved. He sent me songs about 5~6 times, and I was always touched whenever he did it.”
She recalled, “The most touching thing for me was that he asked me to get married over the phone, and decided to come to Taiwan. He had to self-quarantine for 10 days. The moment I saw him, I was really touched. We hugged each other and cried a lot.”
Koo Jun-yup added, “It felt similar to when we first met 20 years ago. It felt like we met again after breaking up not long ago.”
Finally, to the question “What do you want to achieve together?”, the two looked at each other with affectionate eyes and answered, “Having a happy family.”
