BABYMONSTER “We received a new song as a gift from Charlie Puth” (Radio Show)

.On the April 15th broadcast of KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show” (hereafter “Radio Show”), rookie girl group BABYMONSTER’s members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita appeared and communicated with DJ Park Myung-soo.

On the broadcast, BABYMONSTER revealed that they received a song as a gift from Charlie Puth.

BABYMONSTER said, “The singer-songwriter we respect, Charlie Puth, gave us a song.”

They continued, “Ahyeon sang Charlie Puth’s ‘Dangerously’ on a survival program. She sang it really well, and Charlie Puth saw the video and left a comment. That led to us receiving the song ‘LIKE THAT’ as a gift.“

Park Myung-soo asked, “How was Charlie Puth’s reaction?” BABYMONSTER replied, “He really liked it. Our fans also really love this song.“

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER also revealed their individual goals.

Park Myung-soo asked, “Since you are a girl group launched by YG after 7 years since BLACKPINK, do you feel pressured? Do you each have your own goals?“

Rora said, “Since the Rookie of the Year award is something you can only receive once in a lifetime, I really want to win the Rookie of the Year award.”

Asa shared, “I want to accumulate many tracks and communicate with fans through concerts.”

Ahyeon confessed, “I want to be active healthily for a long time. BLACKPINK is my role model. I also want to go to Coachella.“
