YG Entertainment has announced that their upcoming girl group, BABYMONSTER, will debut on November 27.
On November 10th, YG posted the debut teaser of BABYMONSTER on their official blog, revealing the girl group’s debut date.
In particular, the agency released a black poster with a red V-shaped image on it, against a rough-textured background. As BABYMONSTER previously confirmed their debut song to be in the intense atmosphere of the hip-hop genre, the poster has stimulated fan’s imagination of how BABYMONSTER will leave their first official impression.
According to YG, the shooting for BABYMONSTER’s debut MV has been completed, and through it, the individual personalities of each member, as well as the identity of the team, are expected to be properly revealed.
With members from Korea, Thailand, and Japan, even before their debut, BABYMONSTER has been described by the U.S. Billboard to be “K-pop artists to watch,” who will “create a new wave in the K-pop genre.”
Anticipating the debut of BABYMONSTER, YG stated, “We have spared no support and effort to repay the waiting of our fans,” adding, “We plan to accelerate the latter part of the work to present the best results on the official debut day. We ask for a lot of interest in the promotions that will gradually unveil in the future.”
