Representative 4th generation girl group IVE will be making their first appearance on “Running Man” with their complete lineup.
According to a Star News coverage on January 6th, IVE plans to participate in the recording of the SBS entertainment program “Running Man”, which will be held on January 9th. Previously in 2020, Jang Won Young once appeared on the show as a member of project girl group IZ*ONE, but this is the first time all 6 IVE members participate in “Running Man”.
IVE is a representative girl group of Kpop’s 4th generation. After their debut in December 2021, the girl group has been releasing consecutive hits with “Eleven”, “Love Dive”, and “After LIKE”.
Thanks to their outstanding performance last year, IVE achieved the splendid feat of winning both the rookie award and the grand prize at various year-end awards ceremonies such as the Melon Music Awards, MAMA Awards, and Asian Artist Awards.
In addition, Jang Won Young demonstrated excellent hosting skills as an MC for KBS 2TV’s music program “Music Bank”, and Ahn Yu Jin showed off her unique sense of entertainment as a member of tvN’s entertainment program “Earth Arcade”.
Ive is currently concentrating on recovering at home after some members, including Ahn Yu Jin, Liz, and Leeseo, were diagnosed with COVID-19. They plan to start filming “Running Man” as soon as quarantine is lifted, in accordance with the guidelines of quarantine authorities.
