As the object cannot be identified, a Japanese fan decided to be creative and take a wild guess, leading to a viral meme.
In particular, the Japanese fan in question edited the bald head of Japanese comedian Kotoge Eiji into Karina’s image, which perfectly matches with the round object that Karina is leaning on.
The edit of this fan, which was published on SNS platform X (formerly Twitter) has since gone viral with over 6.1 million views and more than 166,000 likes, with netizens all having a great laugh.
In fact, some are even joking that they can no longer “unsee” the image of Karina touching Kotoge Eiji’s bald head anymore.
