Osshun Gum is now claiming to be mentally and physically weak. Osshun Gum‘s legal representative explained, “The defendant was diagnosed with a severe mental disorder in June last year and was hospitalized for 70 days in a psychiatric hospital. Even after returning to his hometown, he committed strange behaviors including taking off his clothes and lying on the street.”

Osshun Gum‘s legal representative continued, “The defendant made an incomprehensible statement about the reason for his crime at the time. Judging from these circumstances, it can be seen that the crime in this case also reached a state of mental and physical weakness.”

The sentencing hearing for Osshun Gum is scheduled to take place in early June.
