The ongoing family scandal involving two heirs of Thailand’s powerful Singha Corporation has dominated headlines for the past month. The controversy erupted after Psi Scott accused his older brother, Pi Sunit Scott – husband of actress Mild Lapassalan of sexually abusing him beginning at age 12 and continuing for years. Pi Sunit Scott denied the allegations, but Psi later responded with what many described as a “damning” audio recording in which Pi allegedly acknowledged wrongdoing. As a result, Pi was suspended from his corporate duties, while Mild Lapassalan reportedly separated temporarily from her husband to reflect on the situation. Meanwhile, Psi Scott appeared publicly on television to speak out against both his brother and mother and even took part as a judge at the MGI All Stars 2026 competition.
Now, Psi Scott is preparing for what could become a major legal showdown over inheritance rights involving members of his own family. However, just ahead of an important court battle, the Thai heir has reportedly encountered yet another shocking setback.

Psi Scott recently took to social media to reveal a startling discovery. “I found out that all the money my grandmother left for me in her will, stored in the safe, has completely disappeared and not just the money,” he wrote. “Criminal proceedings are now being prepared regarding this matter.” According to Psi, not only cash but several other important valuables also vanished from the safe. He added that legal action is already being considered over the alleged theft.
The timing has sparked concern among observers, especially as Psi Scott is expected to face an expensive and emotionally draining legal battle against members of his own family. Losing what appears to be a significant inheritance fund at such a crucial moment has left many worried about his position moving forward.

Previously, Psi Scott also shared details about being sued by his mother over assets left behind by his grandfather. According to him, the lawsuit stemmed from his mother’s intention to sell jointly owned land in Bangkok. Psi claimed the property had around nine co-owners and that his mother wanted him to sign documents relinquishing his share. If sold and divided equally, each owner could reportedly receive more than 100 million baht. Psi alleged that because of the large financial stakes, few relatives sided with him, with many instead criticizing him for being “unfilial” toward his mother.
Psi Scott said he repeatedly sought help from relatives but found most of them supporting Pi Sunit Scott. According to his claims, the influential Bhirombhakdi family known for its connection to the Singha business empire launced an aggressive legal effort to isolate him and protect both Pi and the family reputation. His mother reportedly filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of ingratitude in an attempt to reclaim inheritance assets worth billions of baht. Meanwhile, Pi Sunit Scott, through his wife, reportedly shared land ownership documents online showing both brothers’ names on the property, countering claims that Psi was the sole beneficiary. In the latest development, Pi is expected to testify in court in support of their mother.

In addition, the family’s legal team is reportedly preparing defamation and computer crime charges against Psi Scott over his decision to release private recordings publicly. Reports also claim that relatives are attempting to request a psychiatric evaluation for Psi in court, arguing that prolonged trauma may have affected his mental stability and questioning the legal validity of the evidence he presented.
Despite mounting pressure from one of Thailand’s wealthiest families, Psi Scott has remained defiant. He claims to possess extensive digital evidence, including audio recordings of family meetings from three years ago and screenshots of conversations involving relatives allegedly connected to efforts to conceal misconduct. Psi warned that he is prepared to release more evidence if the legal pressure against him continues.
Recognizing the immense influence of the family in Thailand, Psi Scott has reportedly taken his concerns beyond the country. He said he has submitted petitions to United Nations-affiliated human rights organizations in Southeast Asia, requesting independent monitoring of court proceedings. At the same time, he is said to be working with human rights lawyers to strengthen criminal complaints involving allegations of sexual abuse and incest against Pi Sunit Scott, as well as accusations of covering up wrongdoing against other individuals allegedly involved.
