On June 7, TV CHOSUN’s Heo Young Man’s Food Travel featured “10-million actor” Park So Dam as a guest.
The moment he saw the actress, Heo Young Man immediately complimented her appearance, saying, “You’re the first celebrity I’ve seen who hasn’t had double eyelid surgery,” expressing admiration for her signature monolid features and striking visuals.
He then brought up something he had heard behind the scenes, asking, “I heard So Dam was actually the one who called first?” referring to reports that Park So Dam personally reached out to appear on the show.
Park So Dam responded warmly, revealing herself to be a longtime fan of the program. “I’ve really enjoyed watching the show,” she said, adding, “I’ve spent so much time just running nonstop and never really knew how to rest. I wanted to spend a happy day with you.”
In response, Heo Young Man replied, “If you spend time with me, there’s a very high chance you’ll be happy.” Park So Dam playfully agreed, saying, “Even the weather today — the sky is the clearest it’s ever been out of all the days I’ve come here.”
The warm atmosphere continued throughout filming. At one point, Heo Young Man joked, “Why didn’t I ever come here when I was dating?” prompting Park So Dam to laugh and respond, “My parents said the same thing,” creating a cheerful and relaxed mood between the two.
