On March 12, Apink’s official social media accounts shared photos and a video of Oh Ha Young dressed as Varang, a villain character from the film Avatar: Fire and Ash (Avatar 3). Varang had already attracted attention for the character’s fierce warrior image and distinctive appearance.
In the released footage, Oh Ha Young appeared with blue-toned skin, striking red warrior markings, and a large feathered headpiece. The look was further completed with a bold red paint streak running across the center of her face and long braided hair, creating an impressive resemblance to the cinematic character.
What caught even more attention was that she performed a dance challenge for the new song Love Me More while wearing the full costume, adding a playful twist to the transformation. Fans reacted with a mix of amusement and curiosity, leaving comments such as “As long as she’s happy,” “Sis, are you okay?” and “Is she really a girl group member?”

Adding to the humor, Oh Ha Young left a short comment on the post saying, “I feel a bit anxious,” which further entertained fans.
At the same time, past comments she made about her experiences appearing on variety shows have resurfaced online.
During an appearance on the YouTube channel Xiumin’s Ramyeon Store, Oh Ha Young once talked about her early days in the industry and shared behind-the-scenes stories about variety show appearances. She recalled the period when idols frequently appeared on programs such as Law of the Jungle, Star King, and Strong Heart.

In particular, she revealed that she once felt pressured to appear on Law of the Jungle. According to Oh Ha Young, a former agency representative had told her, “If you don’t go on this show, all your schedules will be canceled,” leaving her with little choice but to participate.
Meanwhile, Apink recently held their eighth solo concert “The Origin: APINK” on February 21–22 at Jangchung Arena, successfully meeting fans in Seoul. The group plans to continue their concert tour across several Asian regions, including Macau, Singapore, and Kaohsiung.
Debuting in 2011, Apink has gained widespread popularity with hit songs such as NoNoNo, Mr. Chu, and My My. This year marks the group’s 15th anniversary since their debut.
