On December 13, Song Baek-kyung took to his social media to express deep frustration and concern over threatening messages he’s received from international users. “Foreigners keep sending me insane messages like ‘I’ll shoot you’ and ‘Watch your life.’ What is this, LA or São Paulo?” he wrote.
Clarifying his stance, Song said he has no ill will towards Park Bom: “Stop sending these messages. I don’t hate Park Bom. I genuinely wish her health and happiness.” However, he warned, “If you keep sending me DMs like ‘I’m gonna kill you,’ it could actually cause more trouble for Bom.”

In an especially alarming statement, Song wrote, “It’s best to stop now. I’m not in my right mind. Don’t push me to reveal what I know—if I do, everyone goes down.” His words highlighted the seriousness of the situation and his increasing mental and emotional distress.
The controversy began on December 12 when Song Baek-kyung made a post referencing Park Bom in light of her recent legal situation involving Yang Hyun-suk. In that post, he sharply criticized YG Entertainment, saying, “If you’re going to mock someone, at least do it with dignity. What is this ‘64272e’ nonsense? We got 5 million won for our 5th album. Even 50 million wouldn’t be enough now. From then on, I saw that company as a den.”

He continued with pointed advice for Park Bom, “If there’s unpaid money, calculate it and claim it properly. Get it together, Park Bom.”
Song’s anger toward YG and its leadership didn’t stop there. He declared, “If anyone among my Instagram friends is still sucking up to ‘Su-U-Mi-Yang-Ga’ over in Mangwon-dong, unfollow me first. I’m not someone to be looked down on anymore. If you treat me like sh*t, I’ll hit back harder.”
Song Baek-kyung debuted with 1TYM in 1998 under YG Entertainment and remained active even after group promotions ended, working as a producer. In a 2017 appearance on MBC’s Radio Star, he revealed that while he was still affiliated with the agency, he had no formal contract at the time.
