In a heartwarming move, ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) will extend their group activities until March 2025, according to an official statement by their agency WAKEONE on December 1st. Originally formed through Mnet’s survival show Boys Planet in 2023, the nine-member project group was slated to disband in January 2025 after 2 years and 6 months of promotions. However, fans now have two more months to enjoy the group’s synergy as a full unit.
The agency emphasized that the extension reflects the members’ deep affection for the team and their fans. “The members came to a mutual agreement to extend activities as a complete group out of sincere gratitude to the fans who have supported them,” WAKEONE said.

Led by Sung Hanbin, the group includes Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Han Yujin, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, and Park Gunwook —all from different agencies but united under one banner. Since debut, ZB1 has released six consecutive million-selling albums and gained significant global popularity.
Back in September, during their first full album showcase, members hinted at ongoing internal discussions: “We’re having deep conversations about the best direction moving forward. We believe our decision will reflect the wishes of our fans and the public,” they shared.

With the activity extension confirmed, ZEROBASEONE plans to wrap up their journey with a world tour encore concert titled “HERE & NOW” and a new album release. However, details regarding their plans post-March 2025 remain undisclosed.
As fans around the world gear up for these final moments with the full lineup, the encore activities promise to be a memorable sendoff for a group that exceeded all expectations from a temporary formation to a global sensation.
