Stray Kids’ member Lee Know (real name Lee Minho, 27) has sustained an ankle injury during their stage at the 2025 MAMA Awards, held on November 29 at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium. The boy group, who took home two awards, including the prestigious “Album of the Year” Daesang, was in high spirits until the unfortunate injury occurred mid-performance.
Fans were particularly concerned when Lee Know was seen returning to Korea in a wheelchair on November 30. Cameras captured the emotional moment he bowed to fans and reporters at the airport despite the visible pain.
In response, JYP Entertainment released an official statement through Stray Kids’ X (formerly Twitter) account, confirming that Lee Know had received on-site treatment in Hong Kong immediately after the incident. Upon arriving in Seoul, he was taken to a hospital for further evaluation.
The diagnosis was an ankle sprain, and the company stated that Lee Know would undergo appropriate treatment and focus on getting sufficient rest in line with medical advice.

“We ask for your understanding and assure that the artist’s health remains our top priority. We will support Lee Know’s swift and full recovery,” JYP concluded.
Stray Kids recently held a press conference for their 4th full-length album “KARMA”, with the title track “CEREMONY”, which features a mix of trap EDM and baile funk rhythms. The song celebrates overcoming struggles through perseverance—an ironically fitting message as Lee Know now faces his own physical setback.
