On November 14, Hyeri uploaded a new video titled “2 Nights 3 Days in Shanghai & Qingdao: My Full Hotspot List” on her YouTube channel. She reflected, “Even though it was short, I’m so glad I had some healing time.”
In the video’s opening scene, Hyeri appeared lying under her living room table, explaining humorously, “I was so tired I couldn’t even make it to the bedroom. I passed out in the living room and crawled under the table. It was so bright I got startled awake at dawn.”

She then showed her jam-packed schedule to the camera, saying, “I’m really struggling. Do you want to see how ridiculous my schedule looks?” Pointing to a withered plant, she added, “That’s basically me right now.” She also revealed a large box of supplements, noting, “I’ve hit my physical limit.”
Hyeri went on to say, “I’ve been so busy filming lately that I haven’t had a moment to rest. Right now, this is the only time I feel like I can breathe a little.”

Despite her current stress, Hyeri is a prominent real estate mogul. She owns two buildings in Seoul’s upscale Gangnam District. In August 2022, she purchased an old multi-family home in Samseong-dong through her family corporation for ₩7.75 billion. The property was demolished and replaced with a new six-story building with two underground levels, now estimated to be worth ₩10.7 billion. If sold, it’s projected to yield a profit of over ₩3 billion within just three years.

Additionally, Hyeri owns another building in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam. She bought the dilapidated house in December 2020 under a company she founded for ₩4.39 billion. After reconstruction, the property’s current market value is believed to exceed ₩10 billion, potentially bringing another ₩3 billion-plus in profit upon sale.
