A mainland Chinese male celebrity—described as an LV brand ambassador with a three-character name —is at the center of heated online debate after accusations emerged on Weibo claiming he acted politely in person but later filed a complaint that caused store employees to be punished.
According to viral posts on Weibo, the star visited an LV boutique, where a sales associate recognized him and, as a fan, asked for a photo together. The actor reportedly agreed without hesitation, prompting other staff members to join in and excitedly capture the moment. Some even shared the experience on social media, writing, “So lucky! Met the brand ambassador today—so handsome and so nice in person.”

However, the situation allegedly took a sharp turn days later. All employees who were on duty during the encounter were reportedly disciplined by the company, shocking the boutique staff.
The whistleblower claimed the punishment occurred because the celebrity complained directly to LV’s headquarters, stating that the employees had “interfered with his personal schedule.” The post criticized the star’s behavior as hypocritical:
“If you don’t want photos, just say you’re on a private trip and it’s inconvenient. No one forced you. You agreed, but then secretly reported them—how tasteless. And his public image is supposed to be ‘gentle and kind’? What a joke.”

The rumor quickly spread across Chinese social media, sparking fierce speculation about the star’s identity. Online users compiled a list of male celebrities who currently serve as LV ambassadors, spokespersons, or brand friends, including Zhu Yilong, Jackson Wang, Wang Hedi, members of TNT (Teens in Times), Bai Jingting, Xu Minghao, and Justin Huang Minghao.
The accusations have led to widespread discussion, with many netizens calling for clarification from the brand or the celebrity involved.
As of now, no official statement has been released by Louis Vuitton or any of the named stars.
