The cast and crew of tvN’s record-breaking historical fantasy drama Bon Appétit, Your Majesty are heading to Vietnam for a reward vacation to celebrate the show’s global success.
According to SPOTV News on October 20, the production team and lead stars — including Yoona and Lee Chae-min — will travel to Vietnam from October 21 to 24 to enjoy a well-earned break after months of filming and promotion.
Bon Appétit, Your Majesty follows Yeon Ji-young (played by Yoona), a French chef who is suddenly transported to the Joseon dynasty, where she meets King Lee Heon (played by Lee Chae-min) — a feared monarch with a secret love for fine cuisine.

Mixing heartfelt historical drama, fantasy, romance, and humor, the series captured audiences with its cinematic storytelling and the irresistible chemistry between the leads.
The final episode achieved a 17.1% nationwide rating, marking its highest viewership and ending on a high note. It also became the first tvN drama to top Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English TV Shows) for two consecutive weeks, proving its international popularity.
Thanks to its massive success, Bon Appétit, Your Majesty joins the ranks of legendary tvN titles such as Hotel Del Luna, Marry My Husband, Lovely Runner, and Hospital Playlist — all of which received overseas reward trips for their cast and crew.
During the wrap-up party, Yoona enthusiastically climbed onto a chair and shouted, “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty is a hit! Let’s go on a reward vacation!” That wish has now come true.

Most of the drama’s cast and production staff will participate in the trip to relax, celebrate, and strengthen their teamwork. Lee Chae-min, who has a fan meeting in Seoul on October 24–25, will join part of the schedule before returning early.
In interviews following the finale, the actors expressed heartfelt excitement for their long-awaited trip.
Lee Chae-min shared, “It was always my dream to go on a reward vacation. I said it half-jokingly during filming, and now it’s really happening.”
Oh Eui-sik added, “What makes it more special is seeing our staff again — they worked so hard and truly deserve this.”
The trip celebrates not only the show’s massive viewership but also the strong bond formed among its cast and crew, who overcame challenges — including a last-minute lead actor replacement — to deliver one of 2025’s most acclaimed K-dramas.
