On October 4, J.Y. Park shared a heartfelt message on his Instagram, writing: “I hope everyone has a warm and refreshing Chuseok holiday^^♡” along with a short video and several photos.

In the video, Park appeared at the airport wearing a mask and cap pulled low over his face. He drew attention as he pushed two large suitcases with his daughters riding on them, making sure to cover their faces with masks to protect their identities. His efforts highlighted the extra care he takes as a celebrity father to shield his children from public exposure.

Meanwhile, J.Y. Park, the founder and chief producer of JYP Entertainment, was recently appointed as co-chairman of the Presidential Committee on Popular Culture Exchange. The appointment was announced by Kang Hoon Sik, Chief of Staff to the President. Park will serve alongside Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Choi Hwi Young.

The newly established committee is tasked with promoting and expanding Korean popular culture overseas. Kang praised Park as “the first to pioneer K-pop into the U.S. market and an ideal figure to elevate the global stature of Korean pop culture.”
