Actress Lee Min Young, who has been familiar with the camera since childhood, started her career at just four years old. She appeared on the beloved children’s program Ppo Ppo Ppo and went on to feature in numerous dramas and commercials.
She later enjoyed a second prime with the hit drama Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce), followed by large-scale productions such as Korea–Khitan War. Recently, she returned through the drama First Lady.
Lee candidly shared that financial stability has never been a concern, thanks to her mother’s wise asset management. “I started working at a young age, and my mom managed the money I earned really well. Because of that, I could live comfortably even without working now,” she revealed.
Following a divorce, Lee admitted she spent much of her time at home, often joking about playing mobile card games and “collecting 7 trillion” in the app, suggesting she has found a lighter outlook on life after past hardships.

In First Lady, Lee Min Young takes on the role of Shin Hae Rin, the chief strategist of the presidential campaign team. The drama tells the gripping story of a president-elect who shocks the nation by demanding a divorce from his wife, the soon-to-be First Lady, setting off an intense political thriller filled with power struggles and emotional conflict.
