In a preview for the next episode of Salon Drip 2, released on August 19, Go Hyun-jung appears as the upcoming guest following the Stray Kids members Changbin and Felix. Greeted with a dolphin-like scream from host Jang Do-yeon, Go Hyun-jung entered the set with her signature honest and bold energy.
During the teaser, Go shared an anecdote that stunned both staff and viewers. “If my parents argue even just a little, I tell them, ‘Get divorced. Why live while fighting?’” she said with a laugh. She continued, “My mom vents about my dad to me because I’m her daughter. I tell her, ‘Isn’t that a bit cruel, mom? To talk badly about your husband to your own daughter?’” Her frankness left Jang Do-yeon momentarily speechless.
Go also opened up about her thoughtful nature behind the scenes, especially with staff. “I enjoy preparing gifts for them,” she said. “There are like 100 staff members, right? I always wonder—should I give them parkas this time? Or something better?”
On a lighter note, she confessed her social media woes, humorously stating, “YouTube is one thing, but how do I grow my Instagram followers? It’s so frustrating. My exact number is 377,000. I want to protect every one of them.”
