Earlier in July, BamBam shocked everyone when he posted on Instagram, “I just want to sleep and don’t wake up so I can finally rest”, at dawn. Worrying about BamBam’s health, fans left a lot of supportive messages telling the male idol to take a break.
In response to a fan telling him to “take a couple of weeks to do nothing, sleep or spend time with family”, BamBam said, “If they let me..”. His reply made many suspect that he was expressing dissatisfaction toward his agency for forcing him to work a lot.
A day after causing a stir with his Instagram story, BamBam shared another message revealing that he got stressed out mentally and physically as well as promised to take some time to rest.
Recently, on August 3rd, BamBam turned on Instagram live broadcast to communicate with fans and give them updates on his health condition.

Regarding the Instagram story he posted last month, the male idol shared, “I just wanna let you guys know I’m doing really good right now. My company, they find a way for me to rest a little bit. These days, I’ve been kinda taking care of my schedule and my time with my team. So, you know I got to rest, like four days and I got to rest in between, too”. He added, “It’s been a long time for me, you know, that I can enjoy my personal life, have my own time and everything. So I’m feeling so much better now. My mental is okay. I don’t want you guys to worry about that too much”, reassuring fans.
He confessed, “I think I just need a little time off for me to reset and focus on what’s coming up for me right now. I got some time off, and I feel so much better. I was really sick for a long time, you know, I’m getting back together now. My health is good, my mental is okay. I eat good, I drink good, everything is good.”
Lastly, BamBam didn’t forget to thank fans for their overwhelming support and promised that he would take care of himself to continue singing and dancing for a long time.
BamBam is right ahead of releasing his new mini album this August.
