Girl group IVE, who was invited to perform at this year’s Blue Dragon Film Awards, aroused interest with their amazing live singing skills.
The 43rd Blue Dragon Film Awards was held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the evening of November 25th. At the event, girl group IVE presented a special stage with their mega-hit songs “Love Dive” and “After LIKE”.
IVE is attracting keen attention as they showed an impressive live performance that the audience could clearly hear the members’ raw vocals and even breathing sounds. Immediately the broadcast, the video cut of this congratulatory stage spread to major online communities, such as theqoo, and became a hot topic.
In response, netizens poured out compliments for IVE, saying it is hard to see idols these days singing live like that.
After finishing their performance at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, IVE cheered, “Everyone did a great job this year. Korean films, let’s work hard in 2023!”, drawing laughter from the actors who attended the event.
Meanwhile, actress Kim Hye Soo and actor Yoo Yeon Seok hosted the 43rd Blue Dragon Film Awards. Nominees for awards in 18 categories were selected from Korean films that were released from October 15th, 2021 to October 30th, 2022.
