1. Hae In’s hallucination
Right at the opening scene of the episode, after Hae In (Kim Ji Won) told the whole truth at the press conference, she had hallucinations. But unlike the previous times when her hallucinations were only gloomy and cold, this time, Hae In found herself in the middle of a beautiful lavender field with warm rays of sunlight. Lavender is also known as the herb of love, it symbolizes lasting, faithful love, which, despite many difficulties and hardships, remains steadfast. Not to mention, lavender seems to be Hae In’s favorite flower as before, on her honeymoon in Germany, she also took photos with a lavender field.

3. The line about Hyun Woo’s left hand
The last scene of the episode where Hae In mistakenly recognizes Eun Sung as Hyun Woo is the best scene in episode 11. The audience realized that the scriptwriter had revealed a hint about this mistake right from the middle of episode 11. For example, Hyun Woo is naturally left-handed while Eun Sung is right-handed. In this scene, Hyun Woo (actually Eun Sung) used his right hand to put his arm around Hae In’s shoulder.
Previously, in the middle of episode 11, in the scene where Hyun Woo and Hae In were happy together, Hae In asked Hyun Woo: “What is the left hand for?”.
