Yūki Yoda, a member of Japanese girl group Nogizaka46, released a statement about the suspicion of having an affair with a married man.
On Dec 27th, Japanese media outlet Shūkan Bunshun published an article claiming that Nogizaka46’s ace member Yūki Yoda is having an affair with her gym trainer A, a married man.
On the same day, Yūki Yoda’s side explained about the suspicion of having an affair with a married man, “For the past few years, I have been maintaining my friendship with the trainer by going to the gym and eating with him often. However, it was not a romantic relationship, and there is nothing to be ashamed of. That was thoughtless of me and I will not do that from now on.“
Yūki Yoda was born on May 5th, 2000 and is 22 years old in Japanese age this year. She successfully auditioned for the third generation of the idol group Nogizaka46 in 2016 and was selected as an ace member along with Ozono Momoko in July of the following year. She is currently active as the group’s center.
