2023 MAMA Awards Makes History as First Domestic Awards Held at Tokyo Dome

This year’s Mnet “MAMA Awards” will be held in Japan’s Tokyo Dome

Mnet confirmed on the 21st that the “2023 MAMA Awards” will be held at the Tokyo Dome in Japan from November 28th to 29th, stating that it is the first time a domestic award ceremony has entered the Tokyo Dome.

The Tokyo Dome is a large-scale performance venue that can accommodate around 50,000 people, often referred to as the dream stage for artists.

The MAMA Awards have been held in various Asian locations, including Macau, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Japan. Following last year’s event at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, this year’s event will be held in Tokyo Dome, making it two consecutive years in Japan.

The concept of this year’s MAMA Awards is “원 아이 본(ONE I BORN).” It signifies the meeting of the one (I) and MAMA, representing a perfect unity through positive energy, as the one (I) with infinite possibilities encounters MAMA.

CJ ENM aims to showcase the true power of ‘Music Makes ONE,’ uniting people around the world through music.
