Zior Park, “People commented under my videos saying I look like ‘The Glory’ Moon Dong Eun’s mother” (Hangout with Yoo?)
Broadcaster Yoo Jae Suk recalled his first time meeting with singer Zior Park.
The new broadcast of MBC’s program “Hangout with Yoo?” on April 15th showed Yoo Jae Suk meeting Zior Park for the first time in 4 years.
On the broadcast, Yoo Jae Suk appeared as Yoo Bong Doo and expressed his joy while looking through the documents of transfer students. He said, “I think I need to meet this friend before I start the class. I met him a few years ago. Back then, I thought ‘He looks a little bit like GD. He’s going to be very successful’. I was surprised that he actually did so well”.

I came up with my stage name during a prayer meeting at my church. The name ‘Zior’ appeared on the black screen, so I searched for it and found out that it’s a real name in the Bible. It’s fate. So I combine ‘Zior’ with my Korean surname ‘Park’ to create my stage name.”
When Yoo Jae Suk asked, “Have things changed since you became Zior Park?”, the singer replied, “In the past, my parents used to ask me when I was going to stop pursuing music. But now they give me an allowance, show high expectations and brag about me.”
Zior Park confessed, “There’s a slang that means ‘You look so much like (someone’s name)’ is popular these days. Under the comment section of ‘CHRISTIAN’, someone wrote ‘You look so much like Kim Guk Jin’. Since I have orange hair, they say ‘You look so much like Dong Eun’s mom’. Under videos of the character Moon Dong Eun’s mom in ‘The Glory’, there are also comments like ‘He looks so much like Zior Park’.”
