On March 26th (local time), Taiwanese media outlet ETtoday reported that Yu Xiaoguang was seen carrying drunk Choo Ja-hyun on his back.
According to the report, recently Choo Ja-hyun and Yu Xiaoguang had a drinking party with family and friends until the early morning.
After Choo Ja-hyun became intoxicated and could not control her body properly, Yu Xiaoguang immediately helped her.
When it started to rain, Yu Xiaoguang carried Choo Ja-hyun and covered her with his coat before running towards the car.
The photos capturing this scene quickly spread online and even topped the real-time search keywords on Chinese portal sites.
Afterwards, Choo Ja-hyun expressed her gratitude to Yu Xiaoguang through her Weibo account, saying “Great job, my husband~ I’ll treat you well forever” along with a heart emoticon.
In response, Yu Xiaoguang publicly displayed his affection by sharing a photo of him carrying Choo Ja-hyun with the caption, “It’s okay, I’ll carry you for life.”

Meanwhile, Choo Ja-hyun and Yu Xiaoguang officially announced their romantic relationship in September 2015 after first meeting on a drama in 2012.
The couple, who became married in 2017, appeared on SBS’s “Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny” and revealed their sweet married life, with Yu Xiaoguang receiving much love for his “devoted husband” image.
However, in 2021, Yu Xiaoguang was embroiled in rumors of infidelity when photos of him seating another woman on his lap in a car were released.
Following this, Choo Ja-hyun and Yu Xiaoguang clarified that the woman was just a friend and denied any infidelity allegations.
Additionally, they reappeared on SBS’s “Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny” and expressed their frustration, “The photos were maliciously edited, and although we wanted to explain, it seemed like people didn’t want to believe it. There was no such thing as people thought.”
