YoonA recently starred as chef Yeon Ji Young in tvN’s weekend hit Bon Appétit, Your Majesty. The drama, which began with a modest 4.9% Nielsen Korea rating, ended on a high with an impressive 17.1%, cementing its success.
As the show concluded, YoonA’s co-stars reflected on their experience alongside her. Actor Oh Eui Shik revealed, “YoonA was on set all day long. Even in scorching heat without air conditioning, she never frowned or complained. She always smiled, encouraged the team, and cared for everyone. When staff tried to give her special consideration because she wasn’t feeling well, she declined if it meant being treated differently from the rest.”
Lee Joo Ahn, who played Gong Gil, shared, “Senior YoonA is incredibly considerate and detail-oriented. She brought everyone together and created a warm, balanced atmosphere. She feels like someone who’s reached another level.”
Actor Kim Hyeong Mook added, “Working with her made me realize she’s a natural leader who truly cares for her colleagues. She’s someone of great character.”
