According to reports from the real estate industry last month, V acquired a unit in PH129 (The Penthouse Cheongdam) measuring 273.96㎡ for an eye-popping 14.2 billion KRW (approximately USD 10.4 million). The property, featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms, was reportedly purchased entirely in cash with no mortgage registered.

PH129 is regarded as one of Seoul’s most exclusive luxury residences, housing only 29 units across six basement levels and 20 floors above ground. Each unit is designed as a duplex with soaring 7-meter ceilings and sweeping views of the Han River, enhancing its prestige as a prime residential landmark.
Meanwhile, actress Go Joon Hee announced her move to Acro Seoul Forest, the most expensive apartment complex in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Through her personal channel, she revealed, “Now that my parents’ health has improved, I want to try living on my own,” confirming her decision to relocate after years of living with family.

Acro Seoul Forest, completed in 2020, consists of 280 high-end units ranging from 91㎡ to 273㎡. It combines two residential towers with office space, cultural venues, and retail facilities. Designed to maximize its premium views, every unit offers vistas of both Seoul Forest and the Han River.
The complex is already home to several high-profile figures, including Jun Ji Hyun, Lee Je Hoon, Taemin, Kim Dong Ryul, Joo Sang Wook and Cha Ye Ryun, as well as Son Ji Chang and Oh Yeon Soo. Earlier this year, a 159㎡ unit sold for 13.5 billion KRW, setting a new record price.
With these headline-making purchases, both V and Go Joon Hee are now being recognized not only for their entertainment careers but also for their savvy investments in Korea’s booming luxury real estate market.
