Writer Kim Eun-sook has never worked with the same main actor more than twice, except for A-class actors like Kim Jong-un and Kim Ha-neul.

However, in “The King: The Eternal Monarch”, Lee Min-ho, who starred in “The Heirs,” and Kim Go-eun, who starred in “The Goblin,” appeared at the same time. It was her first reunion in seven years with Kim Go-eun and three years with Lee Min-ho.
