Actress Jung Ho-yeon boasted her unique visual on the red carpet of the 28th SAG.
The red carpet event for the 28th annual Screen Actors Guild Award (SAG) was held in Los Angeles, the U.S on the evening of February 27th (the morning of the 28th in Korean time).
“Squid Game” main actors Lee Jung-jae, Jung Ho-yeon, Park Hae-soo, Kim Joo-ryeong, and Anupam Tripathi showed up on the red carpet. They hugged each other and smiled brightly to show their teamwork. The actors looked stunning in tuxedos and dresses.

“Squid Game” was nominated for 4 categories for Drama Series at the 28th Screen Actors Guild Award. In particular, the drama was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble. In addition, actor Lee Jung-jae was listed as a nominee for Best Actor, and actress Jung Ho-yeon was nominated for Best Actress.
“Squid Game” is the first Korean drama to be nominated for the U.S Screen Actors Guild Award. This is also the first time that a non-English-speaking drama has received a nomination at the SAG. In fact, “Squid Game” announced a pleasant start by winning Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble at the pre-award ceremony.

“Squid Game” won Breakthrough Series at the Gotham Awards last year. Oh Young-soo won Best Supporting Actor at the Golden Globe held in January. The drama continued its winning march in the U.S by being selected as Bingeworthy Show at the People’s Choice Awards.
