Woman Suddenly Hugs Park Seo Joon at ‘Concrete Utopia’ Stage Greeting, Even Lee Byung Hun Was Shocked

Park Seo Joon experienced unwanted physical contact during the movie ‘Concrete Utopia’ stage greeting.

On August 5th, at CGV Seomyeon in Busan, the stage greeting for ‘Concrete Utopia’ took place. The event was attended by the main cast of the movie, including Lee Byung Hun, Park Seo Joon, Park Bo Young, and director Um Tae Hwa.

While actors and fans continued their communication in a friendly atmosphere, a sudden action by a woman led to a sudden uproar on the scene.

Only the called audience members were supposed to come up to the stage and receive gifts. However, a woman wearing a long dress walked towards Park Seo Joon out of the blue.

Soon after, the woman hugged Park Seo Joon, and as he appeared flustered, security personnel intervened to handle the situation.

When the security personnel took the woman away, Park Seo Joon showed a visibly surprised expression. Even while being restrained, the woman attempted to approach Lee Byung Hun for a hug. Startled, Lee Byung Hun took a step back.

An onlooker at the scene shared a video on social media with the caption, “During the time when those called by seat numbers were supposed to come up and receive gifts, someone who wasn’t called walked out and unexpectedly hugged Park Seo Joon. This is clearly sexual harassment. Don’t attempt physical contact with actors without their permission.“

Meanwhile, ‘Concrete Utopia’ depicts the story that unfolds as survivors gather in the last remaining royal palace apartment in Seoul, which has turned into ruins due to a massive earthquake. The film will be officially released on August 9th.
