“Why did you air the scene without censoring it?”… The reason why Jo Se-ho got angry at KBS

Comedian Jo Se-ho confessed an anecdote he experienced when appearing on a KBS entertainment show in the past. 

The broadcast of KBS2’s entertainment show “Hong Kim Dong-jeon” on September 1st showed the members recalling the past.

Jo Se-ho brought up his appearance in KBS2’s variety show “Challenge! Earth Expedition”. 

He shared, “What surprised me is that the scene is now censored on broadcasts. At that time, the scene when I was rubbing someone’s back in the bathhouse was aired as it was.”

The scene that Jo Se-ho mentioned was revealed. The video shows Jo Se-ho’s back being exposed as he was wearing nothing. He then complained, “Why didn’t you censor it back then?”.

“Challenge! Earth Expedition” is an old program designed to introduce the viewers to rare attractions all over the world that stimulate their sense of challenge. The show was aired from 1996 to 2005. The scene pointed out by Jo Se-ho was from the Japanese bathhouse episode that was broadcast in October 2003.

KBS2’s “Hong Kim Dong-jeon” is a variety program with an old concept in with their fates get changed according to the coins of Hong and Kim. It airs every Thursday at 8:30 p.m.
