Rumors of NewJeans's April comeback are spreading on internet communities.
Recently, various internet communities have been speculating that NewJeans will make a comeback in April, raising fans’ expectations.
Fans are particularly focused on the four-leaf clover, as after a stage performance by NewJeans at an awards ceremony where a book with a four-leaf clover was seen, fans noticed that each member’s name on their SNS posts was followed by a four-leaf clover.
In particular, fans predicted that NewJeans would make a comeback on Wednesday, April 17th, the third Wednesday of April 2024, based on the fact that ‘Four-leaf clover’ is written on NewJeans’s 2024 season’s greetings for the third week of April.
Furthermore, since the debut, NewJeans’ image has been associated with bunnies, adding weight to this April comeback rumor as the four-leaf clover is related to bunny grass.
NewJeans released their second EP ‘Get Up’ in July last year, with triple title tracks ‘Super Shy’, ‘ETA’, and ‘Cool With You’, gaining huge popularity among Gen Z fans. They have been on hiatus for about 7 months since then.
