Yul Hee, a former member of girl group Laboum, gave a cool response to the haters.
Yul Hee posted two photos on her Instagram on Nov 28th, along with a caption saying, “There’s this, too.” The released photo shows Yul Hee enjoying a birthday party with her acquaintances, drawing attention by posing with bleached hair, knitwear, and hot pants.
In another photo, she also caught the eye by showing off her colorful visuals wearing a princess dress with a crown.
Amid netizens’ compliments, a malicious comment from an SNS user triggered Yul Hee.
This account said, “Excuse me, I’m sorry. If you’re a mother of children, you should dress like a mother of children,” to which even Yul Hee expressed her unpleasant feelings.
Yul Hee left a reply, saying, “What do you mean by ‘dressing like a mother’? Why are you here writing nonsense? I’m just gonna go out dressing prettily, so what.”
Many netizens cheered for Yul Hee. They said, “Definitely a mom, she is strong,” “So cool,” “A refreshing remark,” “Is there a specific look that mothers have to follow?” and “Well said. What the hell is ‘dressing like a mother’?“
Meanwhile, Yul Hee, who was born in 1997, made her debut in the entertainment industry with Laboum in 2014. She later left the group in 2017 and married Choi Min Hwan of FT Island the following year.
Since then, the two have received a lot of support after sharing their daily lives on KBS2’s “Men in the House” season 2. Choi Min Hwan and Yul Hee currently have three children, a son, Jae Yul, and twin daughters, A Yun and A Rin.
