On October 12, VVN (real name Cha Hyun-jung) took to Instagram to express her gratitude and joy following the wedding, writing: “In this vast world, every moment that led us to meet and fall in love felt like destiny. Thank you to everyone who blessed the start of our second chapter together. We’ll cherish and love each other beautifully.”

Alongside her message, VVN shared a series of black-and-white wedding photos, capturing her in a stunning white gown and KUSH in a classic tuxedo. In one shot, VVN proudly raised her ring finger to show off her wedding band — exuding both elegance and confidence.

Many celebrities celebrated the newlyweds online.

Comedian Haha commented, KUSH! Congrats! Live happily, bro!” , while Yoo Se-yoon playfully wrote, “A shot straight to my heart.”

Her cousin, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, also sent a loving message: “You looked absolutely beautiful today. Like an angel. I wish you endless happiness for the rest of your life.”

VVN and KUSH first met in 2016 through mutual acquaintances and confirmed their relationship that July. After nine years of dating, the two finally sealed their love with marriage.

KUSH debuted in 2003 as part of the reggae duo Stony Skunk before becoming a composer in 2007. As one of YG Entertainment’s top producers, he collaborated with BIGBANG and 2NE1, and is now part of Teddy’s The Black Label.

Most recently, he composed the OST tracks “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol” for the upcoming Netflix animation K-Pop Demon Hunters, earning renewed attention from fans.

VVN, on the other hand, debuted in 2015 through Ceci magazine’s model contest under the stage name Vivian. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, she now works as a producer under The Black Label and gained recognition for her participation in Mnet’s I-LAND 2: N/a as a producer in 2024.

With love, music, and creativity uniting them, KUSH and VVN’s wedding marks not just a new beginning for the couple, but also a beautiful moment celebrated across Korea’s entertainment world.
