Actress Kim Hye Ja mentioned her husband who left her early.
At the end of episode 175 of tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’, which aired on January 4th, a trailer for next week was released.
In the preview, veteran actress Kim Hye Ja, who recently published her book ‘Thank you for life’, appeared and drew attention.
Yoo Jae Suk mentioned Kim Hye Ja’s late husband, and she said, “When I talk about her husband, tears well up” while covering her mouth.
Kim Hye Ja then revealed that she left a pile of envelopes of congratulations and condolences for her husband, who could not write Chinese characters, before he passed away. “I can’t forget that,” she added.
Many viewers who heard her story responded, “It seems that she really loves her husband” and “I think he must have been really moved.”
Kim Hye Ja’s more intimate story about her husband can be seen on tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’, which will air at 8:40 pm KST on January 11th.
Meanwhile, Kim Hye Ja’s husband passed away in 1998 from pancreatic cancer. She once said of her husband, “(My husband) looks attractive. He didn’t drink and didn’t smoke, and he was like an orchid. He was a very pure person.”
