According to the tvN program ‘Free Doctor’ aired on July 17th, Uhm Jung Hwa purchased a single room with an exclusive area of 211 square meters in Hannam-dong’s Klein Haus for 2.5 billion won in 2008.
Klein Haus has only seven generations of residents and features a shared swimming pool on the first floor and a shared terrace on the rooftop. It boasts a bright natural light as it is located in a high area. All rooms have a view of the Han River.
Klein Haus has had no transactions in the past three years, and the estimated price reflecting the surrounding market is over 5 billion won. The price has doubled after 15 years of purchase.
On the broadcast, fortune-teller Park Sung Joon analyzed Uhm Jung Hwa’s house, “Hannam-dong got its name from the Han River and Namsan. It has the typical characteristics of a mountain and water site, and its overall location is south-facing, fulfilling the conditions of a famous residence.”
Regarding Uhm Jung Hwa’s minimalistic interior design with minimal accessories and furniture, Park said, “From a feng shui perspective, it is important to find a balance without excessive elements. In this regard, minimalism is better than maximalism. Empty spaces allow energy to flow.”
