Kpop girl group NewJeans has been on the US Billboard chart for 15 consecutive weeks.
According to the latest chart (as of November 19th) released by the American media outlet Billboard on November 5th, NewJeans’ debut songs “Hype Boy” and “Attention” ranked 83rd and 177th respectively in the Billboard Global (excluding the US) category.
In particular, “Attention”entered the Billboard chart 8 days after its release, and so has been on the chart for 15 consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, “Hype Boy” has been on Billboard Global (excluding the US) charts for 14 consecutive weeks, was ranked 122nd in the “Global 200”, marking its 14 week in a row being on this rankings.
On the other hand, NewJeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) is a girl group under the agency ADOR, which is lead by CEO Min Hee Jin. The group has emerged as a global trending artist with the release of their debut album “NewJeans”, and plans to return with single album “OMG” in January next year.
