“Top Excellence Award” Kim Yoo-jung, tearful acceptance speech “I’ve been acting for 20 years”
The “2023 SBS Drama Awards”, hosted by MCs Shin Dong-yup and Kim Yoo-jung, was broadcast live on the evening of Dec 29th.
At the awards ceremony on this day, Kim Yoo-jung won “Top Excellence Award, Actress in a Miniseries Romance/Comedy Drama”.
Kim Yoo-jung said “Thank you so much” when her name was called. Then, she was unable to continue her words and her eyes turned red.
After expressing her gratitude to the staff, she shared, “Earlier, Senior Dong-yup asked me, and I ended up saying that I’ve been acting for 20 years. In fact, I don’t really know how long it has been.”
She added, “Because people keep asking and showing interest, I’ve come to reflect a lot. I want to continue acting for a long time without losing my dreams. I’ll strive to become a healthy person.”
Meanwhile, candidates for the Grand Prize at the “2023 SBS Drama Awards” include Lee Je-hoon of “Taxi Driver 2”, Han Suk-kyu of “Dr. Romantic 3”, Kim Tae-ri of “Revenant” and Kim Rae-won of “The First Responders 2”.
