“Too much for a minor”, LE SSERAFIM Hong Eunchae’s short skirt length draws controversial opinions
LE SSERAFIM member Hong Eunchae is becoming a topic of discussion due to her skirt length, which is deemed “too short”.
On October 20th, an article titled “A girl group member who’s being talked about due to her skirt being too short” was posted on a Korean online forum.
The post contains a video of LE SSERAFIM member Hong Eunchae wearing a jacket over a tight top and a short mini skirt.
Eunchae is smiling brightly as she spins round and round with a youthful look. However, it is pointed out that her overly short outfit, which barely covered her buttocks, is too excessive for a minor.
Under the article, netizens also showed concerns via comments such as, “Isn’t this too short?”, “This is too short for a minor”, and “I hope they dress young idols like their true age.”
Hong Eunchae, who was born in November 2006, is a 17-year-old high school freshman.
Earlier, Hong Eunchae’s group LE SSERAFIM was scheduled to start promotions for the release of their second mini-album “ANTIFRAGILE” on October 17th. However, the schedules for the first week of comeback was changed due to an unexpected car accident.
In particular, LE SSERAFIM’s schedule for the October 20th episode of Mnet’s “M!Countdown” and the October 21st episode of KBS2’s “Music Bank” has been canceled. In addition, rescheduling for fan signing events on the 21st and 22nd will be re-announced for winners after adjustments are decided .
