SNSD member Taeyeon’s “Killing Voice” video ranks second on YouTube South Korea’s most popular video in 2022.
On December 5th, the global video platform YouTube released their “2022 Top 10 Most Popular Videos on YouTube Korea”, where Taeyeon’s appearance on Dingo’s “Killing Voice” managed to take 2nd place.
Back in February, when Taeyeon’s “Killing Voice” video was released through Dingo Music’s official YouTube channel, it immediately rose to No. 1 on YouTube Korea’s trending video.
In addition, at the same time as the video was released, it ranked at the top of various social media search terms including Twitter, and proved its strong global influence by surpassing 1 million views within 5 hours of release.
Taeyeon’s “Killing Voice” also became the 6th video of the “Killing Voice” series to record 10 million views, having achieved this mark within 10 days. As of December 6th, it has exceeded 29 million views, and is still receiving an explosive response.
The video also recorded over 44,000 comments on YouTube, which is filled with positive responses like “As expected, it’s Taeyeon”, “I will never get tired of listening to this”, and “She’s a live-singing legend”.
On the other hand, “Killing Voice” is a content where audiences can enjoy a set list selected by the artists singing live. Artists of various genres such as IU, Mamamoo, Sung Si Kyung, Taeyeon, Koyote, Lee Hi, Seventeen, NCT 127, and Kara appeared.
