Song Hye Kyo talked about her struggling with her dog Ruby while filming “The Glory.”
On the evening of March 8th, Netflix’s official YouTube channel broadcasted a live Guest Visit (GV) event for “The Glory Part 2”. The event featured the writer Kim Eun Sook, director Ahn Gil Ho, and actress Song Hye Kyo.
During the event, Song Hye Kyo shared her experience of struggling during the filming of “The Glory” due to her dog, Ruby. When asked about the atmosphere with the cast and their pets as they brought them to “The Glory” set, Song Hye Kyo revealed that she often brought Ruby to the filming location.
However, when Lee Do Hyun brought his dog, Gaeul, Ruby didn’t get along with Gaeul and would often bark at her. This made filming difficult for Song Hye Kyo and Lee Do Hyun.
Lee Do Hyun also said that Ruby liked him at first, but stopped when seeing him later because he kept bringing Gaeul.
Additionally, Song Hye Kyo expressed her gratitude towards the fans who attended the event, saying that this was her first GV event since her debut. She admitted that she had been worried before the release of “The Glory Part 1,” but was relieved and thankful for the positive response.
As “The Glory” marks her first challenge in the revenge genre, she found the experience of filming “The Glory” to be tough but rewarding.
