The reason why the police don’t investigate even when this famous actor is falsely accused of school violence

An actor who was embroiled in controversy over “school violence” opened his mouth after a year.

On Sep 16th, actor Dong Ha made an official statement and completely denied allegations that he physically and mentally abused his friends during school days.

He emphasized, “I have had time to look back on myself more strictly. What I can say for sure is that I am not the perpetrator of school violence.”

In March last year, Dong Ha filed a complaint against the person who raised his school violence suspicions through the Seoul Gangnam Police Station on charges of “spreading false facts and defamation”.

But he could not get rid of his suspicions.

The police’s position was very absurd.

Dong Ha said, “The answer from the police was that ‘The charges are sufficient, but the initial post was deleted, so the suspect cannot be specified’. The investigation was over.”

Although it is a frustrating situation, Dong Ha plans to continue taking legal action against the spread of false information in the future.

He insisted on clearing up misunderstandings about himself.

After being branded as a school violence perpetrator, Dong Ha could not do anything.

Dong Ha, who had dreamed of becoming an actor since middle school, said, “I want to return to my main job and say hello to many people. I will wait for the day when I can meet many people again through good works.”

Dong Ha, whose job was cut off due to controversy alone, seems to be a victim of cyber public opinion.

On Sep 17th, Sports Seoul reported that Dong Ha had such a hard time that he could make an extreme choice.

According to the report, Dong Ha’s homeroom teacher when he was in Joongdong High School also defended him.

The homeroom teacher revealed, “The students who said they suffered school violence were very close to Dong Ha. As far as I know, Dong Ha never bullied or assaulted them.” The homeroom teacher added that the online claim that Dong Ha’s school violence review committee was held was also false.

Dong Ha’s school violence allegations began in March last year.

In March last year, a post claiming that they had been assaulted and verbally abused by Dong Ha, including being slapped in the face, at COEX Mall in Samseong-dong was uploaded on an online community.

At that time, the agency J Wide Company announced that it was groundless.

However, a media outlet later reported that a person named A with severe intellectual disability also suffered abusive language and assault from Dong Ha for more than a year when he was in high school, raising controversy.

Meanwhile, Dong Ha debuted in 2009 through KBS’ drama “The Accidental Couple”.

He gained recognition by appearing in SBS’ “Empire of Gold”, “Suspicious Partner”, “Judge vs. Judge”, MBC’s “Glamorous Temptation”, KBS2’s “A Beautiful Mind”, “Homemade Love Story”…

Dong Ha gave an impassioned performance as Park Myung-suk in KBS2’s “Good Manager”, which was broadcast in popularity.

He also played the main character in many movies and KBS2 dramas, but it is unclear whether viewers will be able to see him again as his image has already been ruined.
