Actress Go Joon Hee gained great popularity by starring in successful dramas such as “The Chaser”, “King of Ambition”, and “She Was Pretty”.
Even before entering high school, Go Joon Hee made her debut in the entertainment industry by winning a gold prize in the “SK Smart School Uniform Model Contest” and becoming a school uniform model in 2001. She debuted as an actress in 2003. In 2013, she became a couple with 2AM’s Jung Jin Woon in the reality show “We Got Married”, drawing much attention.
Go Joon Hee has maintained her short hairstyle for over 10 years, earning her the nickname “the icon of bob hair” among Korean female stars.
During her guest appearance in an entertainment program in the past, Go Joon Hee revealed why she first cut her hair short. She said, “I was told that my representative works are the ones where I had short hair.” She explained, “There was a scene where I wore fur clothes in the 2012 drama ‘12 Signs Of Love’. I started cutting my hair so that it didn’t touch the fur.”
Through her own YouTube channel, Go Joon Hee once drew attention by revealing how she made her short hair look pretty. She said instead of doing any special perms by applying chemicals to her hair, she simply styled it with a curling iron and a hair dryer.
Meanwhile, earlier this May, Go Joon Hee signed a contract with her new agency, YBloom, and announced a new start. Recently, she was selected as the muse for the FW season of local fashion brand Morgan.
