BTS and IVE won grand prizes.
The 37th Golden Disc Awards was held at Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Jan 7th.
BTS and IVE won Album of the Year and Song of the Year, respectively. Besides, BTS won three other awards, including J-Hope’s Thai Fans Support with BAOJI, Album Bonsang and TikTok Most Popular Artist Award. IVE received a total of 3 awards, including Song of the Year, Digital Song Bonsang and Rookie Artist of the Year.
Meanwhile, the “Golden Disc Awards”, which held a face-to-face awards ceremony for the first time in 3 years after the COVID-19 pandemic, featured Lee Da Hee, Sung Si Kyung, Park So Dam and Nichkhun as MCs. Actors Song Joong Ki and Lee Jun Ho graced the awards ceremony by appearing as presenters for Disc Daesang and Digital Daesang, respectively.
