The caring nature of Taeyeon, who is the MC for Mnet’s “Queendom Puzzle”, towards the show’s participants, is drawing attention.
In the first episode of “Queendom Puzzle“, which aired on June 13th, Taeyeon appeared as the MC along with 28 female artists (prior to Lee Chaeyeon and Haein’s departure). Here, the contestants engaged in a round called “Up-Down Battle”.
This “Up-Down Battle” is a performance battle where the participants, divided into four groups from Group 1 to Group 4, compete against each other. Each participant will be judged by the other contestants themselves, receiving either a “Vote Up” or a “Vote Down” for their performance.
During the battle, Taeyeon, who acts as the MC, suddenly called the PD while watching the stages prepared by her juniors. In particular, Taeyeon showed a caring side by asking the PD to bring a few bottles of water to the side, without interrupting the filming, in worries that the contestants will get thirsty after performing.
After the PD brought the water as requested, Taeyeon thanked him. Later on, as the filming became longer than originally planned, she once again showed a caring nature by asking if everyone was hungry.
